This screen is used to create login information for an Employer. If you are a CDS Vendor, Payroll Service, or Third Party click CANCEL and select the appropriate hyperlink to sign up.

1.	*	DWS Employer Account Number (EAN)	---

3.	*	Create User ID (Must be 11-30 characters.The first character must be a letter)
4.	*	Create Password (Case sensitive) (Click on for Password complexity requirements)
5.	*	Confirm Password (Case sensitive)
